Dispatch
Alicia Waite Studio + Gallery artworks are printed to order. Printing can take up to 2 weeks and we aim to dispatch unframed prints within 2 working days of them being completed.
For framing options please do get in touch at studio@aliciawaite.com after purchasing the print.
Shipping
Alicia Waite Studio + Gallery is based in the UK - our pieces are shipped from our printers and /or in the UK. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or after communication with the Studio about framing - see above.
Exchange, Returns and Order issues
These artworks are printed to order so are non-refundable. In some cases we may be able to accommodate an exchange for a different piece but this will be looked at on a case-by-case basis. Please kindly note all returns for exchange must be made within 14 days of delivery of your purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange of products, we recommend using a tracked and insured service. Orders are expected to be re-packaged in the same manner and protection, re-using all original packaging as they were dispatched. Returns for exchange are the responsibility of the customer until they arrive safely back at the warehouse, any orders that arrive damaged will not be refunded
Whilst we take the greatest care with all orders, printed artworks are delicate and damage can happen. Issues must reported to us studio@aliciawaite.com within 7 days of receiving your pieces in order to make a claim. Please note all claims are reviewed on a case by case basis. We will require photographs of the item and packaging.
International Orders
Duties and Taxes outside of the UK are NOT included unless stated at checkout, and the customer will be held liable for any charges that may occur.
